How we work

In our search for new companies to join the Group we look for opportunities to either enter a new market, a new medical segment or strengthen our positions in existing product categories or channels. We search for companies that demonstrate favourable profitability, are well run, and meet our acquisition criteria. Many are preferred partners in their respective markets, providing attractive products and services to their customers.
Ultimately it is the entrepreneurs and leadership teams that we value the most. Our role as an owner is not to come in and tell them what to do, but rather to listen, be respectful of their culture and support them.
