Acquisition of Deforce Medical

Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Deforce Medical B.V., a market leading Belgian distributor of medical supplies and devices to the home care market.

“Deforce is a long standing and trusted partner for general practitioners in Belgium that will complement our other companies in the region very well. We are happy to be entrusted to continue to develop this family company and look forward to supporting them in their continued growth”, says Johan Falk CEO Asker Healthcare Group.

Deforce has approximately 7,000 customers in Belgium with focus on nursing homes, nurses and general practitioners. Net sales amounted to approximately SEK 60m in 2021 and the company has had an annual organic average growth rate of 10 percent the past four years.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in June 2022.
