Acquisition of CRS medical

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares in CRS medical GmbH, a provider of technical services for medical devices and equipment.

CRS medical is providing technical services of medical devices and equipment across Europe. They are also a niche distributor of products within mainly the fields of cardiology, neurology and infusion technology. CRS medical is based in Germany and has an annual revenue of approximately SEK 200m and 200 employees.
