Acquisition of Aspironix

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Aspironix, a distributor of medical devices to hospitals, pharmacies and general practitioners, based in the Czech Republic.

The company has 70 employees and a revenue of approximately SEK 200m per year.
