Acquisition of meetB

Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in meetB Group, a provider of products and digital solutions to the emergency and rescue services in Germany.

"meetB is the market leader in Germany within their niche, a position the founders successfully have built over the past 25 years. We are honoured they have trusted Asker to support the company in their continued growth and in the important task to support front line rescue staff to provide care in the critical situations they encounter everyday”, says Johan Falk CEO Asker Healthcare Group.

meetB sells a complete offering of products and services to the German emergency and rescue services via tenders and direct sales. The company has 60 employees and a revenue of approximately SEK 340m.

The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in August 2024.
