Acquisition of Praximedico

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired Praximedico AG, a specialised distributor of medical products and reimbursement software to the nursing home segment in Switzerland.

"To make it easier for healthcare professionals and patients to get access to the products they need is important to us. We have in the past few years built a strong offer to the hospital segment in Switzerland. Now we add the nursing home segment via the acquisition of Praximedico, including a software solution to make it easier for nursing homes and patients to get the correct reimbursement. We look forward to Praximedico joining our team”, says Johan Falk CEO Asker Healthcare Group.

Praximedico has 12 employees and a revenue of approximately SEK60m.
