First acquisition in Austria - Heintel Gruppe

Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Heintel Gruppe, a leading distributor of medical supplies, devices and equipment in Austria.

Heintel Gruppe is our first acquisition in Austria and means we take another important step in our strategy to create the leading healthcare group in Europe within medical supplies, devices and equipment,” says Johan Falk, CEO Asker Healthcare Group.

Heintel Gruppe sells supplies, devices and light equipment to hospitals mainly focused on the areas surgery, ICU, radiology, cardiology and gastroenterology. Net sales amounted to approximately SEK 250m in 2021.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in October 2022.
