Asker Healthcare Group has entered an agreement to acquire 86 percent of the Danish mobility company Mobilex A/S from the current owners Dansk Generationsskifte and the company's management team.

The war in Ukraine is causing tremendous suffering and needs and we have therefore decided to donate SEK 500,000 to Save the Children. Save the Children has been present in Ukraine for many years and their humanitarian work, including helping families and children on site with immediate aid such as food, water, hygiene kits, psychosocial support and more, is instrumental in this crisis.

In September, an agreement to acquire MediReva was signed. The acquisition has now been approved by the authorities and was completed on 14 January 2022.
