Fair value chain and safe work environment

We create a positive social impact for everyone across our value chain as well as a high level of employee safety and wellbeing in all the companies in the group. All the employees in the group are educated and certified in our Code of conduct.

Societies need to create the conditions that allow people to have quality jobs, with fair and safe working conditions, equal gender distribution and room for personal development. A large part of the healthcare products used in Europe are today produced in Asia and other countries with high risks of violations of human rights.

We have a responsibility to ensure that the products we sell are of high quality, produced under good labour and environmental conditions and that we safeguard human rights and ethical standards within our supply chains.

We also have a responsibility to ensure a safe and fair workplace within our Group including working to embrace a diverse workplace and equal opportunities.

By a high degree of transparency, living according to our values and ensuring all of us sign the Code of Conduct and have our suppliers sign the Supplier Code of Conduct, we can limit the risks and work to make a positive difference in healthcare.
