Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct translates Asker’s core values into behaviors and provides guidance for how we are expected to act. The Code should serve as a compass to help us take better decisions in our daily working lives.
Quality and Environmental Policy
The Quality and Environmental Policy outlines Asker’s commitments and responsibilities towards quality and environmental management, ensures compliance with legal quality and environmental requirements and minimizes the environmental risks and negative impact that our operations may cause or contribute to.
Responsible Sourcing Policy
The Responsible Sourcing Policy’s purpose is to secure that Asker and its subsidiaries only source from companies selling medical supplies, medical devices and medical equipment that fulfil our requirements related to human rights, environment and ethical business conduct.
Supplier Code of Conduct
The Supplier Code of Conduct is based on the Asker Code of Conduct and international recognized conventions and declarations, and covers the areas of: Human Rights and Working Conditions; Health, Safety and Well-being; Environment; Responsible Value Chain; and Business Ethics.
Work environment, Health and Safety Policy Statement
The Health and Safety Policy defines the fundamental requirements for the management of health and safety performance in all Asker’s business activities and our zero vision when it comes to accidents.
