Acquires Scandivet - a distributor of equipment and consumables for veterinary care | Asker Healthcare Group
An agreement has been entered to acquire Scandivet - a distributor of equipment and consumables for veterinary care. The acquisition gives access to the growing veterinary care market in Sweden and Scandivet gets a stable base to grow from. After the acquisition, Scandivet will continue to operate as an independent company with close cooperation and support from the Asker Healthcare Group’s subsidiary in Sweden, OneMed.

Scandivet is a distributor of a broad range of products and equipment for veterinary care in Sweden with 30 years of market and product experience. Through a strong network of suppliers, they offer a product portfolio adapted both to large scale animal hospitals as well as the smaller independent veterinarian. The range includes veterinary products for both large and small animals, everything from simple disposable products to customized furnishings and equipment.
