Organisation

The healthcare market in Europe differs from country to country due to local conditions, differences in the way care is provided and different product preferences.

To address these different local conditions and to nourish the entrepreneurial spirit, the local companies in the group are responsible for serving their customers, driving continued organic growth, and growing via acquisitions on their local market.

The local companies are organised into three business areas and are supported also by the group functions. This governance model leverages the combined power of decentralised responsibility and local expertise with group-wide scale benefits, sharing knowledge and combined purchasing power.
