Asker Healthcare Group AB's Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2027 has, in accordance with the instruction for the nomination committee, been appointed based on the ownership structure as of 31 August 2026.

Asker has signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Labo Clinic Sp. Z o.o. ("Labo Clinic"), a specialised distributor of medical equipment, consumables and services to public hospitals and clinics in Poland.

Asker has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Med Kjemi AS (“Med Kjemi”), a specialist distributor of equipment and consumables for hospital laboratories in Norway.

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Ambercell Solutions UAB (“Ambercell”), a leading Baltic medtech solutions provider and distributor.

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Murray Surgical Limited (“Murray Surgical”), a leading distributor of specialist surgical and medical products to the healthcare sector in Ireland.

Asker Healthcare Group and KMT Medical Europe Limited, the owner of Kirstine Hardam A/S (“Hardam”), have mutually agreed to discontinue the transaction of Hardam that was announced in June 2025.

The Board of Directors of Asker Healthcare Group AB (publ) (“Asker”) has been informed that Asker’s largest shareholder, Interogo Long-Term Equity, through Strukturfonden HC15 AB (“Interogo”), has issued call options in Asker to the Chair of the Board, Mikael Stöhr. 

Asker Healthcare Group AB (publ) has held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today on 7 May 2026. The AGM was held at Näringslivets Hus in Stockholm, Sweden, with the option for shareholders to exercise their voting rights by advance voting (postal voting).
