Asker Healthcare Group is governed in accordance with:
- Asker’s Articles of Association
- The Swedish Companies Act (Aktiebolagslag 2005:551)
- The Swedish Annual Accounts Act (Årsredovisningslagen)
- Other applicable Swedish and foreign laws and ordinances as well as internal governing documents
Asker’s Board of Directors and Group Management have established a governance structure with policy documents and guidelines for all the companies in the Group: Asker Management Standard. The policy documents are updated on a regular basis to reflect new regulations and requirements. This framework is the base for governing Asker´s decentralised organisation.
These policies and guidelines are available to all business units on the group intranet. The local management teams are trained in the policy areas via Asker Business School. The group Management monitors compliance with the framework regularly.
