New Head of M&A | Asker Healthcare Group

Asker Healthcare Group continues to grow rapidly in Europe and to facilitate further expansion Ola Nordh has been appointed new Head of Mergers & Acquisitions.

“We aim to take an active part in the transformation and progress of the European healthcare market. This past year alone, we have acquired 11 companies and have many ongoing dialogues with entrepreneurs wanting to join the Group.

Ola has a long track record of identifying and carrying out successful acquisitions and will be a valuable addition to the management team in Asker’s continued journey,” says Asker Healthcare Group’s CEO Johan Falk.

Ola Nordh is currently the Head of M&A of Anticimex and has previously worked at MTG with corporate development and M&A.

“I look forward to joining the team at Asker and being part of building a European market leader within medical supplies equipment and devices as well as strengthening Asker’s role as a preferred buyer among entrepreneurs in the sector,” says Ola Nordh.

Ola Nordh joins Asker Healthcare Group on 21 March 2022.
