Acquisition of Eumedics Medizintechnik

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Eumedics Medizintechnik GmbH, a distributor of medical supplies and specialised products in Austria.

“We aim to be a full service provider of medical supplies, devices and equipment to our customers in Europe. With the add-on acquisition of Eumedics and their high quality innovative niched offer, we have taken another step towards this ambition in Austria. Eumedics’ offering complement Heintel Gruppe’s very well and we see many opportunities for the two companies to benefit from one another”, says Johan Falk, CEO Asker Healthcare Group.

Eumedics Medizintechnik is a specialised distributor of medical supplies and equipment to hospitals in Austria with primary focus on anesthesia, intensive care, enteral nutrition as well as pediatric and neonatal intensive care. Eumedics will continue to serve its customers as an independent company in Heintel Gruppe.
