Acquisition of Optiikka Juurinen

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of Optiikka Juurinen Oy, a distributor of optical diagnostics, sight aids, optical products and services in Finland.

Two years ago we acquired Iogen in Finland and Optiikka Juurinen’s range of diagnostic products and equipment is a perfect addition to the offering to ophthalmic clinics. Optiikka Juurinen will be fully integrated into Iogen Oy.
