Acquisition of Funktionsverket

Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Funktionsverket, a supplier of communication and cognition aids.

Funktionsverket specialises in the development and sales of aids within cognition, communication, and alternative controls. Their customers include schools, assistive technology centres and other public services all over Sweden. The company has a revenue of approximately SEK 30m per year.

The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in August 2024.
