Acquisition of Wolturnus

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Wolturnus A/S, a Danish based manufacturer and distributor of custom-made mobility aids and pressure care products.

They are devoted in supporting their customers to living active lives with friends, family and colleagues and have successfully built a leading position within their niche. Using techniques from racing bikes, their custom-made wheelchairs have become widely used by athletes including paralympic gold medallists. We are happy to support them in their continued growth," says Johan Falk, CEO of Asker Healthcare Group.

Based in Aalborg in Denmark, Wolturnus specialises in the manufacturing and sales highly specialised custom-made mobility aids and pressure care products. The company has 80 employees and a revenue of approximately SEK 150m per year.
