Acquistion of exclusive distribution rights in Switzerland

Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire five supplier contracts with exclusive distribution rights in Switzerland including inventory from Anklin AG.

"We are continuing to strengthen our position in Switzerland with the acquisition of a number of exclusive strategic contracts with reputable suppliers which will further broadening our offer to the hospitals and the clinics in the country. With us as a partner, the suppliers will get access to a large sales network and the customers ensured a wide selection of quality products”, says Johan Falk CEO Asker Healthcare Group.

The acquisition is an asset deal, and the acquired operations have a revenue of approximately SEK 23m annually and will be fully integrated into Aichele Medico AG and Gribi AG Belp.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in December 2024.
