Acquires Iogen – a Finnish eye surgery products distributor | Asker Healthcare Group
Asker Healthcare Group’s Finnish subsidiary has entered into an agreement to acquire the Finnish eye surgery products distributor Iogen. Iogen has achieved the position as one of the leading distributors in eye surgery products in Finland with a customer-centric approach and a high-quality offering catering to the needs of eye surgeons.
The Asker Healthcare Group Finnish subsidiary has a current eye surgery business primarily built on equipment sales. These two businesses complement each other and form an even stronger platform for future growth going forward.
Iogen will continue to act as a separate entity within the group in order to not interrupt the highly specialized customer interaction developed for the eye surgery market.
