Strengthening the Asker Healthcare Group - the acquisition of MediReva completed

In September, an agreement to acquire MediReva was signed. The acquisition has now been approved by the authorities and was completed on 14 January 2022.

MediReva is a group of specialized companies with combined sales of SEK 1.4bn. The company has a broad product and service portfolio including expertise in ostomy, urology and rehab with related medical devices. The company's operations covers the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria and has grown by 10 per cent annually the past 10 years.
