Acquisition of Andre Surgical

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of Andre Surgical GmbH, a specialist distributor of disposable operating room equipment and special surgical instruments to hospitals in Austria.

“Last autumn we acquired Heintel Gruppe, a highly reputable distributor of medical supplies, devices and equipment in Austria. We are now glad to further strengthen our offering with the add-on acquisition of Andre Surgical. They are recognised for their high quality products used in many operating rooms, a position we are proud to continue to develop”, says Johan Falk CEO Asker Healthcare Group.

Andre Surgical will be fully integrated into Heintel Gruppe.
