Acquisition of GeniMedical

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100% of GeniMedical B.V from the founders. GeniMedical, founded in 1998, is a supplier and developer of orthopaedical solutions based in the Netherlands.

GeniMedical develops and sells orthopedic solutions such as splints, braces and plaster products in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Denmark. In 2022, GeniMedical had 5 employees and a revenue of approximately SEK 40m.
