Acquisition of Instrumenta

Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Instrumenta Diagnostiska och Kirurgiska AB (Instrumenta) from the founders. For over 30 years, Instrumenta has supplied Sweden's regions with surgical and diagnostic instruments.

Instrumenta's range and services complement our existing operations in Sweden well and we are happy to be trusted to continue developing the company and welcome their professional team to Asker", says Johan Falk, CEO of Asker Healthcare Group.

Instrumenta will continue to operate as an independent company within the group. In 2022, the company had 10 employees and a revenue of approximately SEK 63m.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in May.
