Acquisition of Optiikka Juurinen

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of Optiikka Juurinen Oy, a distributor of optical diagnostics, sight aids, optical products and services in Finland.

Optiikka Juurinen will be fully integrated into Iogen Oy.
