Acquisition of Vi Tri Medical

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Vi Tri Medical AB (Vi Tri), a leading distributor of defibrillators and wound care products to the regions in Sweden.

Vi Tri is a distributor of defibrillators and wound care products. In wound care the company is both selling products under its own brand as well as private label for some customers. The revenue amounts to approximately SEK 50m annually.
