Acquisition of MC Europe

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares in MC Europe B.V., a specialised distributor of medical products for respiratory care and airway management based in the Netherlands.

"We continue to strengthen our offer to the European healthcare sector with the add-on acquisition of MC Europe. They are a reputable provider within their niche and will complement our existing offering to the hospitals and healthcare institutions in the Benelux well. MC Europe sells and delivers high-quality medical products for respiration and ventilation to Intensive Care, Emergency Care and anesthesia and respiratory departments in hospitals and healthcare institutions. MC Europe operates in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and in 2022, the company had a revenue of approximately SEK 30m.
