Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in InnoMedicus AG, a niche distributor specialising in devices and solutions for precise diagnostics and minimally invasive therapies within urology, based in Switzerland. 

Asker Healthcare Group will publish its interim report for January-September 2025 on 6 November, at 08:10 CET.

Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire 80 per cent of the shares in Finmed SAS (“Finmed”), a leading provider of medical devices and solutions in France.
