Acquisition of operations from SUMMED Finland Oy

Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire the Finnish operations within orthopaedic and traumatological implants from SUMMED Finland Oy.

The acquisition is an asset deal where the acquired operations contain the distribution of Acumed LLC’s orthopedic and traumatological implants and instrumentation, designed to promote optimal bone healing. The acquired unit has a revenue of approximately SEK 40m and will be fully integrated into Onemed Finland.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in December 2024.
