Acquisition of Adcuris

Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Adcuris AB from the founders. Adcuris is a Swedish company that offers qualitative trauma and health-related protection products for emergency care, police and military.

“We have a long history of being a trusted and reliable partner to the healthcare sector in Europe, and with the acquisition of Adcuris we are strengthening our offering of critical products to the emergency service and military as well. The difficult situations they face, often far from hospitals, require specialised, easy to use, top quality products to save lives,” says Johan Falk CEO Asker Healthcare Group.

Adcuris had a revenue of about SEK 8m in 2020/21. The acquisition is expected to be finalised in the beginning of July 2022.
