Acquisition of Aichele Medico

Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in the Swiss medical supplies distributor Aichele Medico AG from the founding family and the company's management team.

Aichele Medico provides medical supplies to approximately 800 customers in the Swiss healthcare sector, mainly with focus on niche products to operating rooms, care, neonatology, sterilization, gynaecology and urology. Net sales amounted to approximately SEK 70m in 2021.

The acquisition is expected to be completed on 1 September 2022.
