Acquisition of the Danish mobility equipment company Mobilex

Asker Healthcare Group has entered an agreement to acquire 86 percent of the Danish mobility company Mobilex A/S from the current owners Dansk Generationsskifte and the company's management team.

The acquisition strengthens our position within rehab and mobility, two segments with favorable conditions for long term growth. Asker Healthcare Group is present in 14 markets and with our platform we aim to support Mobilex in their continued expansion in Europe,” says Johan Falk, CEO Asker Healthcare Group.

Mobilex provides customers across Europe with both own and branded mobility and personal aids. Net sales amounted to SEK 200m in 2021 and the company has had a stable annual organic average growth rate of 12 percent the past 5 years. 

The acquisition is expected to be completed in April 2022.
