Strengthened offering within medical equipment

Asker Healthcare Group has signed agreements to acquire 100 percent of the shares in two medical equipment distributors in Norway – Adcare AS and Dico AS.

In 2022, Adcare had a revenue of approximately SEK 60m and Dico of approximately SEK 60m. The acquisitions are expected to be completed on 1 June 2023.
