As of 31 March 2026, the number of shares in Asker Healthcare Group AB (publ) (“Asker”) amounts to 383,706,497 shares. All shares are ordinary shares. The total number of votes in Asker amounts to 383,706,497 votes.

Today, on 9 March 2026, the Board of Directors of Asker Healthcare Group AB (publ) (“Asker”) has resolved to issue 670,000 new Class C shares and to immediately thereafter repurchase and reclassify all of the issued Class C shares into ordinary shares.

Lovisa Hedin, currently M&A Director at Asker has been appointed new Head of M&A as of 1 April and Kerstin Mjömark, currently Head of HR, has been appointed Head of HR and ESG from the same date. Ola Nordh, currently Head of M&A, and Sanna Norman, currently Head of ESG will leave Asker later this year after ensuring a smooth transition.
