Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in InnoMedicus AG, a niche distributor specialising in devices and solutions for precise diagnostics and minimally invasive therapies within urology, based in Switzerland. 

Asker Healthcare Group will publish its interim report for January-September 2025 on 6 November, at 08:10 CET.

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Novus Med Holdings Limited (“Novus Med”), a leading niche distributor of solutions within endoscopic surgery technologies and patient positioning systems within the UK.

Due to changes in share ownership in Asker Healthcare Group, Richard Torgerson, Nordea Funds, joins the nomination committee and replaces Carina Silberg, Alecta.

Asker Healthcare Group AB (publ) has held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) today on 27 August 2025. The EGM was held at IVA Conference Centre in Stockholm, Sweden, with the option for shareholders to exercise their voting rights by advance voting (postal voting).
