Annual General Meeting 2027
Asker Healthcare Group AB’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 5 May 2027, in Stockholm.
Shareholders who would like to have a matter addressed at the AGM are welcome to contact Asker. Proposals have to be received no later than on 17 March 2027.

Shareholders who would like to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee are welcome to submit their proposals at the following addresses. Proposals shall be received no later than on 31 January 2027 to be considered by the Nomination Committee. The Nomination Committee’s proposals are published at the latest in conjunction with the formal convening notice of the 2027 AGM.
