Acquisition of Kirstine Hardam

Hardam specialises in the sale of branded supplies from leading international manufacturers within ostomy, wound care, nutrition, and incontinence care to hospitals and direct-to-patient services in Denmark. The company has 20 employees and generated revenue of approximately SEK 200m in 2024.

The acquisition remains subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be closed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
