2024 was a year of growth and great activity in which Asker took several important steps towards strengthening its position as a leading provider of medical products and solutions to the healthcare sector in Europe.

During the year Asker completed 12 acquisitions, expanded into three new countries, and took several additional steps to advance progress in the healthcare sector.

In the Annual and Sustainability Report, CEO Johan Falk commented on Asker’s performance over the past year.

“2024 brought yet another year of global economic and geopolitical challenges, but the healthcare sector simply has to work to ensure that each patient receives the care and treatment they need. While the European MedTech market is stable, growing at 3-4% annually, the entrepreneurial drive of the companies in our Group, combined with Asker’s size, has allowed us to nearly double that growth. Our organic profit growth is growing even faster, as our companies gain market share and leverage economies of scale from being part of the expanding Asker family.”

This year, Asker’s sustainability report is following the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), enhancing transparency and comparability for our stakeholders.
